煤结构机械破断生成S-CO的规律与机理 被引量:2

摘要 以煤结构机械破断产生的CO(S-CO)为对象,利用煤结构机械破断S-CO测试系统和傅里叶红外光谱仪研究S-CO的生成规律和产生机理。实验结果表明:在氮气氛围和煤样质量相同条件下,S-CO的产生速率和体积分数均随电机转速的增加而增大。在实验工况下,S-CO的体积分数变化呈现3个阶段:无S-CO阶段、线性增长阶段、类指数增长阶段。基于煤化学和红外光谱分析理论,分析了实验煤样在机械破断过程中煤结构的变化情况。根据煤中含氧基团及相应解离能,阐明了煤机械破断产生S-CO的多步反应机理,补充了前人关于"S-CO是煤中羰基的机械激活分解"的片面认识,完善了煤结构机械破断S-CO的产生机理。 In terms of the S-CO produced by coal structure mechanical disruption, using coal mechanical breakage S- CO experiment combined with infrared spectrum experiment, this study investigated its formation rule and analyzed its formation mechanism. Results shows that when the coal sample qualities are same, the value of average CO production rate and CO concentration increase with the increase of motor rotational speed in N2 atmosphere. The changes of S-CO concentration can be divided into three periods under the experimental conditions:no S-CO production period, CO lin- early increase period and CO exponentially increase period. The authors analyzed the changes of chemical bonds of coal structure during the mechanical disruption process, based on the theory of coal chemistry and infrared spectrum a- nalysis. The multi-step reaction mechanism of S-CO was clarified according to the oxygen-containing groups and the dissociation energy corresponded. The unilateral recognition of predecessors' research was corrected that "S-CO is produced by the mechanical activation decomposition of carbonyl groups in coal", and the formation mechanism of S- CO was supplemented as well.
