Exploring Resident-tourist Dual Experiential Ideas in Tourism Development: A Case Study of Yangzhou old-Alley

可持续的旅游发展要确保游客和旅游地居民的双重体验。扬州古巷历史街区对游客和居民具有双重的体验价值,双方在环境、权益、文化三个方面存在着较大的体验冲突。持续提升双方共同体验,在促进旅游发展和推动城市建设等方面有重要意义,需构建"共识、共存、共享、共赢"的旅游开发思路。

The dual satisfaction of tourists and residents needs to be assured in the sustainable tourism development. The old-alley historical district in Yangzhou presents the experiential values for both tourists and residents. The significant experiential conflicts exist in regards of the environmental, economic and cultural aspects. The continuous improvements on the dual satisfaction of tourists and residents are of important impacts on regional tourism prosperous and urban development. Thus the ＂consensus, coexistence, sharing and mutual benefit＂ policy should be put forward in place to guide tourism industry for further development.
