城市化进程中农民工家庭团聚研究

Study on Farmers Children Reunion in the Course of Urbanization

伴随着城市化进程的加快,国内开启了实践多元的破冰之举,使农民工子女家庭团聚开始进入到公众视野。但因国家政策布局尚未完善、家庭团聚条件受限、深层次矛盾存在、合法性制度缺失等因素的影响,农民工子女家庭团聚的基本权利尚无切实保障。为此,要通过打破制度壁垒,完善流动人口管理制度、教育制度和社会保障等方式,为农民工家庭自由流动创造条件,使"进得去城,回得去乡"成为一种常态。

With speed of urbanization advance and the multi-actions of ice-breaking are conducted. The farmers＇ children can enter the city home house with their parents. However, the are affected by many factors such as certain policies incompletion, limitation of reunion existed, the deep contradictions existed and short of reasonable systems, the right of farmers children reunion can not guaranteed. It is therefore that the population management system should be set up to guarantee farmers and their children floated freely.
