历史文化街区传统业态的改造与创新——以泉州西街为例

Renew and Innovation of the Traditional Type of Operation of Historical and Cultural Blocks: A Case Study of West Street in Quanzhou

泉州西街曾是唐宋早期泉州的政治、经济、文化中心,拥有极其丰富的历史文化遗存。然而,在新的社会经济背景下,传统的历史文化街区如仍一成不变,固守原有的传统业态,则不利于传统街区在现代社会的可持续发展。对历史文化街区进行业态调整、业态延伸、业态融合、业态管理等有助于街区传统业态的创新发展。

The West Street of Quanzhou was the political, economic and cultural center in the early Tang and Song Dynasties. However, under the new social and economic background if the traditional historical and cultural blocks are still unchanged and they stick to the traditional type of operation. It will be against to the sustainable development of the traditional block in modern society. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the characteristics about the type of operation, the difference of local characteristics and the distribution on the type of operation, this paper probes into the countermeasures for the innovation and development of the historical and cultural blocks from the aspects of adjustment, extension and management of type of operation, so it is to provide reference for the protection and utilization of the same historical and cultural blocks of in China.
