在湖湘文化成为当代湖南重要的历史文化名片之后,由于文化认同和现实利益的需要,湖湘文化在湖南人的"想象"之中被"异化",离其本质属性渐行渐远。因此,我们要以"文化自觉"来重新思考湖湘文化的现代转型,辨正湖湘文化的"区域性"特征,从对湖湘文化认知的"自知之明"建立对于湖湘文化的文化自信。

After the Huxiang Culture as an important historical and cultural name card, due to the cultural identity and realistic interests, a culture of Huxiang culture is more and more ＂alienation＂ by the people of Hunan to ＂imagine＂, from the essence of far more lines. Therefore, the ＂cultural consciousness＂ is of an important guiding significance to the modem transformation of Huxiang culture that the idea of rethinking of the true meaning of culture for society and the individuals and the value of Huxiang culture transformation.
