从《黄帝内经》谈艾滋病

Talking About AIDS from the Theory of Huangdi Neijing

随着医学的不断发展,人们对艾滋病形成了较为系统的认识,但从临床上看,目前艾滋病的临床治疗效果欠佳,治法、用药难以推广,究其主要原因,不外乎以下4点:(1)病因及病证诊断不确切、不深入,多种病因相互交叉,难以统一,或将症状与病机混为一谈;(2)对于具体患者发病的病因病机认识不清,没有体现中医辨证论治的特色,无法制定个性化的诊疗方案;(3)《黄帝内经》以"邪气盛则实"和"精气夺则虚"分别概括疾病前后期病机,未免浅尝辄止;(4)现代医学对艾滋病认识不足,人类免疫缺陷病毒的病原学研究还不能提供一个令人信服的依据。

With the continuous development of Chinese and Western medicine,people have formed a more systematic understanding of AIDS,but from a clinical point of view,the clinical effect of the treatment of AIDS is poor,difficult to promote therapy and medication,the main reasons are nothing more than the following five points：（1）The cause of disease and the syndrome diagnosis are not exact,not deep,and many kinds of pathogeny cross each other,so it is difficult to unify,or confuse the symptoms with pathogenesis;（2）The etiology and pathogenesis of the specific patient is not clear,and it does not reflect the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and can not formulate personalized diagnosis and treatment program;（3）Research on pathogenesis theory of Huangdi Neijing is not specific enough;（4） Modern medical knowledge of AIDS is insufficient,and the etiological study of human immunodeficiency virus can not provide a convincing basis.
