化疗联合养正消积胶囊治疗中晚期大肠癌临床研究

Clinical Study on Chemotherapy Combined with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule in Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的:观察化疗联合养正消积胶囊治疗中晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将78例中晚期大肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用化疗治疗,观察组在化疗方案基础上加用养正消积胶囊口服,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组患者治疗后生存质量评分、临床疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果:观察组治疗后生存质量评分为(74.32±12.31)分,明显高于对照组的(67.24±11.98)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后有效率为89.74%,对照组有效率为61.54%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组恶心、呕吐、食欲减退症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组不良反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:化疗联合养正消积胶囊治疗中晚期大肠癌可明显提高患者生存质量,改善临床症状,减轻不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 78 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule based on chemotherapy regimen. Both groups were treated for 2 months. The quality of life scores,clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results： The quality of life was（ 74. 32 ± 12. 31） in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that（ 67. 24 ± 11. 98） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 89. 74% and that of the control group was 61. 54%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The improvement of symptoms like nausea,vomiting and anorexia was significant than that of the control group（ P 0. 01）. The adverse effects of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Chemotherapy combined with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced colorectal cancer by improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the adverse reactions.
