从“肺朝百脉”论治结缔组织病相关性间质性肺病

Treatment of Connective Tissue Related Interstitial Lung Disease from TCM Theory of "Lung Connecting All Meridians"

结缔组织病多因机体正气不足,外邪乘机侵袭,从而导致皮肤、肌肉、关节等处的气、血、脉运行失常,痹阻不通,常易通过气血归肺而并发肺部病变,从而导致肺脏机能失常。结缔组织病相关性间质性肺病患者病情多虚实夹杂,气滞、气虚、血瘀、脉阻等并存体内,互为病因,缠绵难愈。故治疗应从气、血、脉的调理入手,重视补气、行气、理气,同时灵活应用活血化瘀、通经活络之法,使气血复运,脉络得畅,肺朝百脉机能得复,则诸症可缓,疾病向愈。

The pathogenesis of connective tissue disease is both the Qi deficiency and the invasion of external Evil factors,which leads to the abnormal movement and even the stagnation of Qi and Blood in human skin,muscle and joints. Thus,Lung diseases would be caused with the entering into of the injured Qi and Blood flowing and the Lung function would be negatively affected. The constitution of patients with connective tissue related interstitial Lung disease is usually the combination of deficiency and excessiveness,and Qi and Blood stasis or stagnation affect each other to make patients suffer a complicated unhealthy condition. Therefore,the treatment of the diseases should be the regulating of the Qi and Blood circulation of patients to realize the normal condition of Qi and Blood movement and healthy condition of ＂ Lung connecting all meridians＂. In this way,all of the symptoms would be relieved and the illness would be cured eventually.
