浅议“和法”治疗慢性心力衰竭

Discussion on Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with "TCM He Method"

"和法"作为中医八法之一,常用于治疗各种内科杂病。慢性心力衰竭患者多虚实夹杂,气血不和。立足"和法"治疗本病,应从调和气血、调和表里、调和补泻、调和肝脾、调和阴阳、以求平和等出发。和法的应用虽然广泛,但应和而有据,勿使之过泛,以免贻误病机。同时也应做到与时俱进,不可认为墨守原方才为循法而治。

＂ TCM He method＂,one of the eight methods in traditional Chinese medicine treatment,is frequently used in treatment of various diseases. Chronic heart failure patients are usually with complex syndromes such as being Deficiency and Excess at the same time as well as disharmony between Qi and Blood. In treatment of the disease,the ＂ TCM He method＂ should be used to reconcile the Qi and Blood conditions,the outside and the inside,the reinforcing and the reducing,the Liver and Spleen,the Yin and Yang,in order to achieve the peaceful conditions of human body. Although the application of the ＂ TCM He method＂ is quite frequent in these cases,it should not be used too much or without justification,so as to target the pathogenesis. It also should be used in advancement with the times or cases.
