血管迷走性晕厥中医证候规律研究

Study on TCM Syndrome Regularity of Vasovagal Syncope

目的:观察100例血管迷走性晕厥中医证候学特征,总结血管迷走性晕厥的特点及规律,探讨血管迷走性晕厥中医证候规律及病因病机。方法:通过流行病学调查和现场问卷调查,收集血管性迷走性晕厥病例100例,结合因子分析及聚类分析等统计方法,探讨证素之间的关系。结果:(1)血管迷走性晕厥中医临床症状主要有:晕厥、眩晕欲仆、面色苍白、四肢厥冷、心悸、胸闷、恶心、耳鸣、视物昏渺、乏力、烦躁易怒、易感冒、汗出、失眠、腰膝酸软、四肢倦怠、口苦、口干、痰多、形体肥胖、畏寒怕冷、纳呆、肢体麻木、面红、咽喉不适、牙齿松动、头痛、呕吐、精神不振、腹胀、气短等。(2)血管迷走性晕厥的中医证候主要是:风厥,肝风内动证;热厥(火厥),阴虚火旺证;虚厥,气虚证。结论:血管迷走性晕厥以风厥、痰厥、热厥、虚厥等为主,涉及到肝、肾、心、脾等脏腑,与痰、湿、热、虚病理因素相关。

Objective： To observe the characteristics of TCM Syndromes of vasovagal syncope,summarize the characteristics and regularities of vasovagal syncope,and to investigate the TCM syndrome regularity and pathogenesis of vasovagal syncope. Methods： By carrying out the epidemiological investigation and field questionnaire survey,100 cases of vasovagal syncope were collected and the relationship between syndrome factors was analyzed by factor analysis and cluster analysis. Results：（1） The main TCM clinical symptoms of vascular vagal syncope are： syncope,being dizzy,pale complexion,cold limbs,palpitations,chest tightness,nausea,tinnitus,bad eye sight,fatigue,irritability,being easy to catch cold,sweating,insomnia,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,limbs burnout,bitter mouth and dry throat,abundant expectoration,fat,feeling of chill,poor appetite,limbs numbness,flushed face,throat discomfort,gomphiasis,headache,vomiting,depressed,abdominal distention and short of breath.（2） The main TCM syndromes of vasovagal syncope are： Wind Jue belongs to Liver Wind Syndrome; Heat Jue belongs to Yin Deficiency and Excessive Fire Syndrome; Deficiency Jue belongs to Qi Deficiency Syndrome. Conclusion： Vasovagal syncope includes Wind Jue,Phlegm Jue,Heat Jue and Deficiency Jue,which is related to Liver,Kidney,Heart and Spleen as well as the the pathologic factors such as Phlegm,Dampness,Heat and Deficiency.
