摘要
采用CLDS数据,实证研究就业质量对居民社会信任感的影响,发现工作是增加居民社会信任感的重要因素。在收入一定的情况下,高质量的就业能够显著提升居民的社会信任感。作为就业质量的主要评价指标,工作满意度与社会信任感显著正相关,个人收入越高的居民反而对社会越不信任,周工作时间仅对女性和农村居民社会信任感有显著的负向影响,表明工作中的性别歧视和户籍歧视使得女工和农民工加班过多现象明显,降低了其社会信任感。
This paper applies CLDS data to make an empirical study on the influence of em- ployment quality on social trust, and the authors find out that work is an important factor to improve residents' social trust. Under the circumstance that income is certain, high -quality employment can significantly enhance the social trust of residents. As the main evaluation index of employment quality, job satisfaction is positively correlated with social trust, which means that residents with higher income have more distrust in society. In addition, weekly working hours only have significant negative impact on the social trust of women and rural residents, indicating that gender discrimination and household register discrimination in workplaces often make women workers and migrant workers work overtime, which reduces their social trust.
