改性β分子筛催化合成气高选择性合成液化石油气 被引量:2

Synthesis of highly selective liquefied petroleum gas from syngas over modified β zeolite

摘要 采用共浸渍法制备了Mg,Ca,Al,Ga改性的Ni-Cu/β分子筛催化剂,采用XRD和NH_3-TPD对催化剂进行表征,并用于由合成气制备液化石油气(LPG)的反应,研究了金属元素改性对合成气合成LPG反应的影响。实验结果表明,Ca和Ga的引入可降低CO_2选择性、提高LPG选择性;二者协同作用时,催化剂的性能更好,适宜的Ca含量为0.25%(w)、Ga含量为0.10%(w),此时CO_2选择性由23.98%降至10.26%、LPG选择性由75.86%提高至78.52%。对Ca含量为0.25%(w)、Ga含量为0.1%(w)的Ni-Cu-Ca-Ga/β催化剂进行稳定性评价,反应100 h后催化剂仍表现出良好的稳定性及LPG选择性。 Mg, Ca, Al, and Ga modified Ni-Cu/β zeolites were prepared by co-impregnation method, and characterized by XRD and NH3-TPD. The catalysts were used in synthesis of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) from syngas, and effect of β zeolite modification on the reaction was carried out. Ca or Ga addition not only reduces the selectivity to CO2, but also increases selectivity to LPG. Ga and Ca synergistic exhibit the best performance. The selectivity to CO2 decreases from 23.98% to 10.26%, and the selectivity to LPG increases from 75.86% to 78.52% with 0.25%(w)Ca and 0.10%(w) Ga. The stability of the catalyst with 0.25%(w)Ca and 0.10%(w)Ga was evaluated and the catalyst showed good stability and LPG selectivity after 100 h reaction.
