摘要
在101.3 k Pa下,采用改进的Othmer釜测定了甲醇+碳酸二甲酯(DMC)+二乙二醇三元物系的等压汽液平衡数据。实验结果表明,二乙二醇萃取剂的加入,降低了甲醇对DMC的相对挥发度,提高了物系的平衡温度。二乙二醇不适合作为萃取精馏分离甲醇+DMC物系的萃取剂。用NRTL模型对DMC+甲醇+二乙二醇三元物系溶剂比为0.25,0.5,1时汽液平衡实验数据进行了关联,温度标准偏差最大为0.63 K。
Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the ternary system methanol+dimethyl carbonate (DMC)+diethylene glycol were measured at 101.3 kPa in a modified Othmer still. With the addition of diethylene glycol, the relative volatility of methanol to DMC deceased and the vapor-liquid equilibrium temperature increased. Diethylene glycol is not suitable as an extracting agent for separation of methanol+DMC using extractive distillation. The NRTL model was used to correlate the experimental data of the system methanol+DMC+diethylene glycol at solvent ratio 0.25, 0.5, 1. The biggest standard deviation of temperature was 0.63 K.
