摘要
通过对常规针刺与新型水刺两种工艺的PPS滤料的性能指标以及过滤性能进行实验分析对比,结果表明:相对于常规针刺PPS滤料,新型水刺PPS滤料在机械强力、清灰性能以及过滤精度方面均有一定的优势,有助于开发滤料的新型生产工艺,促进滤袋行业的发展。
Compared the differences of conventional spunlace PPS fiber and the new spunlace PPS filter in mechanical strength and filtration performance. Results showed that, cleaning performance, filtration accuracy and filtration performance of new spunlace PPS filter had certain advantages, which could develop a new filter media production process and promote the development of filter bag industry.
