摘要
大庆某猪场仔猪突然发生呼吸困难、食欲减退或废绝、渐进性消瘦等临床症状,甚至引起仔猪死亡。其猪场仔猪发病率为70%,死亡率达30%以上,给猪场造成了一定的经济损失。本研究根据病畜临床症状观察及剖检和实验室技术,通过PCR检测,结果显示为蓝耳病毒为核酸阳性条带;革兰氏染色、生化试验,及对小鼠致病性进行研究,结果显示为链球菌感染。最终确诊为猪普通蓝耳病毒与链球菌混合感染。
