摘要
嵇喜是魏晋玄学名士嵇康之兄。嵇康因其对庄子之道的执着追求和对《庄子》之文的大量引用,在魏晋庄学史上,备受瞩目。生活在嵇康阴影里的嵇喜,则被视为俗人而遭受讥讽和冷落。比较兄弟二人的赠答诗及其生平经历可见,嵇喜和嵇康同受庄子思想影响,但其接受却完全不同:如果说嵇康的接受偏离了庄子思想的实际,嵇喜的接受则更接近庄子思想的实质;如果说嵇康是儒道对立的代表,那么嵇喜则是儒道兼修的典范。嵇喜外儒内道的实践表明,儒道的对立并不影响儒道的相通,儒道的对立是学理层面上的,儒道的相通则是实践层面上的。嵇喜的成功就在于其儒道互补的实践。
Ji Xi was the brother of Ji Kang,which was the metaphysics scholar in Wei and Jin Dynasties.Ji Kang,due to his persistent pursuit of the way of Chuang-tzu and a large number of references to the text of Chuang-tzu,was well received in the study of Chuang-tzu in the history of Wei and Jin Dynasties.Living in the shadows of Ji Kang,Ji Xi is regarded as the laity suffered ridicule and neglect.After a comparison of their conversation poems and their own life experiences,we found that Ji Xi and Ji Kang as influenced by Chuang-tzu's theory,their acceptance is completely different.If Ji Kang's acceptance deviates from the reality of Chuang-tzu's thought,Ji Xi's acceptance is closer to the essence of Chuang-tzu's thought.Ji Xi,not Ji Kang,practiced the way of Chuang-tzu really.If Ji Kang is a model of opposition of Confucian to Taoism,Ji Xi's a model of compatible of Confucianism and Taoism.The practice of Ji xi shows that the opposition of Confucian to Taoism does not interfere with its compatible of Confucianism and Taoism.The antithesis of Confucianism and Taoism is at the academic level but the connection between Confucianism and Taoism is practical.The success of Ji Xi lies in its complementary practices.
