共产主义是一种未来的理想的国家制度。国家制度价值标准是共产主义制度科学假设的价值标准,人性和社会发展规律是共产主义制度科学假设的双重价值实体。共产主义社会是消除了阶级和剥削,因而符合公正和平等以及人道和自由等国家制度价值标准的理想社会。共产主义经济制度除了具有公认的公有制和高度发达的生产力特征之外,还具有两个特征,即按劳分配和市场经济。按劳分配在共产主义社会不但是公正的分配原则,而且是唯一道德的、善的、应该的分配原则,因而也就是共产主义社会最高级最美好的分配原则,是一切以利益为基础的社会的最高级最美好的分配原则。因为共产主义乃是人类最美好最理想的社会,是完全符合国家制度价值标准的社会,因此,共产主义的经济形态,无疑是人道的自由的公正的经济形态,在这种经济形态中,每个人都平等享有经济自由和经济公正权利。这种共产主义社会的经济形态决非计划经济,而必定是市场经济;决非政府管制的市场经济,而必定是完全由市场调节的自由竞争的市场经济,是有政府规范而没有政府管制的市场经济。唯独没有政府管制的民主的公有制市场经济,才是真正自由和公正的市场经济,才是真正符合经济自由和经济公正等国家制度价值标准的理想经济形态:没有政府管制——但有政府规范——的公有制市场经济制度就是共产主义社会的经济制度。

Communist is an idea national system for the future.The value standard of national system is the value standard for the communist scientific supposition;human nature and social development principle are dual value entities for the communist scientific supposition.Communist society is an ideal society that has reached several national value standards including eliminated caste and exploitation,realized justice and equality as well as humanity and freedom.In addition to the recognized public ownership and highly developed productive ability,the communist economic system has extra two characteristics,such as distribution according to work and market economy.Distribution according to work in the communist society is not only the impartial distribution principle,but also the only moral,good and correct distribution principle.Therefore,distribution according to work is the best and the highest distribution principle for communist society,and for every interest based societies.For human beings,communist is the most beautiful and ideal society,which is completely in conformity with the value standard of national system,therefore,the communist economic form is humane,free and impartial,in this kind of economic form,everyone equally enjoys the rights of economic freedom and economic justice.This economic form of communist society is not planned economy but market economy;not regulated by the government,but a free competitive market economy which is completely regulated by the market.It is a market economy which has the government specification but not regulated by the government.The public ownership market economy which democratic and not regulated by the government is truly free and impartial.It is in line with economic freedom and economic justice.The economic system of the communist society has the government specification but not regulated by the government.
