川芎嗪注射液穴位注射对缺血性脑中风模型大鼠脑梗死比例及行为学评分的影响

Effect of Ligustrazine Injection Acupoint Injection on Area of Cerebral Infarction and Behavioral Score of Ischemic Stroke Model Rats

目的:观察川芎嗪注射液穴位注射对缺血性脑中风模型大鼠脑梗死比例及行为学评分的影响,探讨川芎嗪注射液穴位注射治疗缺血性脑中风的优势性。方法:采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉缺血模型(MCAO),将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、肌肉注射组、静脉注射组、穴位注射组、阳性对照组,缺血再灌注4 h后给药3次,末次给药1 h后,通过TTC染色检测脑梗死比例并评定大鼠的行为学评分。结果:川芎嗪注射液可以明显降低MCAO大鼠病灶侧脑梗死比例(P<0.05),其中穴位注射组优于肌肉注射组及静脉注射组。川芎嗪穴位注射组大鼠行为学评分低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪注射液穴位注射可降低缺血性脑中风模型大鼠脑梗死比例及行为学评分,川芎嗪注射液治疗缺血性脑中风具有穴位特异性优势。

Objective： To investigate the predominance effect of ligustrazine injection acupoint injection on treating ischemic stroke from the aspect of area of cerebral infarction and behavioral score of ischemic stroke model rats. Methods： The rat model of cerebral median artery occlusion （MCAO） was established with thread ligation. The rats were randomly assigned into sham operation group, model group, intramuscular injection group, intravenous injection group, acupoint injection group, the positive control group, then administration drugs three times after ischemia-reperfusion 4 h; after the last administration 1 h, the cerebral infarction by TTC staining and behavioral assessments of rats were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results： Lignstrazine injection can significantly reduce the MCAO rat focal cerebral side ratio （P〈0.05）, and acupoint injection group was better than intramuscular injection and intravenous groups. Ligustrazine acupoint injection group showed lower behavioral score than the model group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Lignstrazine acupoint injection has better efficacy than intramuscular and intravenous group when treating ischemic stroke, which means acupuncture has specific advantages.
