摘要
农村教师是我国农村教育事业的主力军,农村教师社会地位的高低事关农村师资队伍稳定,以及农村教育事业成败的关键性问题。因此,加强农村教师队伍的建设、重构农村教师身份,是提高教师社会地位,促进农村教师积极构建自己身份,并实现身份认同,保证更多优秀高品质的人群对教师身份进行确认,是提升我国农村教育质量的首要核心任务。
Rural teachers are the main force of rural education undertaking in China, and the social status of rural teachers has something to do with the stability of the rural teaching staff and is also the key issue for the success or failure of rural education. Therefore, the first core task of improving the quality of rural education in our country is like the following: to strengthen the construction of the rural teaching staff, to reconstruct their identity, to improve their social status, to promote them actively construct and realize their own identity, and to ensure more people with high quality to confirm teachers' identity.
