摘要
党的十六届四中全会提出,要推进社会管理体制创新,此后,社会管理创新理论开始在全社会得到发展和推广。高校作为一个重要的社会主体,要想更好更快地发展,同样,也离不开该理论的支持。因此,寻找社会管理创新理论与高校内部管理创新的联系,分析提取理论中与高校内部管理创新可相互适应、相互借鉴的成分,并将社会管理创新理论中的先进成果合理有效地应用到高校的内部管理中,从而促进高校发展。
The fourth plenary session of the 16th CPC central committee put forward the idea of promoting the innovation in social management system. Since then, the theory of social management innovation has been developed and promoted in the whole society. As an important social subject, the university cannot develop itself better and faster without the support of the theory. Therefore, the development of institutions of higher education can be promoted through the following: seeking the connection between the innovation theory on social management and the innovation in college internal management, analyzing and extracting the constituents in the theory that can be mutually adapted and used for reference one another with the innovation in college internal management, and feasibly, effectively applying the advanced achievements of social management into the internal management in college management.
