摘要
采取文献阅读与访谈的形式对专业发展视角下外语教师的领导力发展进行分析研究。结果是,就目前现状而言,外语学科教师的人格感召力与教学引领力比较突出,学习成长力与组织凝聚力相对较弱,学术前瞻力则表现为最弱。原因在于受外环境文化、教育观念以及教师自我发展方面的影响较大。外语学科教师要实现学术与教学的结合、不断提升自我学习成长力、有效拓展教学引领能力以及在良好的外环境文化氛围中才能实现教师领导力的不断发展。
The paper analyzes foreign language teachers' leadership development from the perspective of professional development by using the research method of literature reading and interview. The results show that foreign language teachers' personality appeal and teaching leading force are prominent, their learning growth capacity and organizational cohesion being relatively weak, and their academic predictive power presenting the weakest. The reason lies in the fact that they are most influenced by such factors like the external environment culture, the educational concept and their self-development. Foreign language teachers' leadership can get continuous development only through the following ways: to implement the combination between academics and teaching, to continuously improve self-learning ability, to effectively develop teaching leading ability and to be in a good external environment culture atmosphere.
