Most colleges in our country have been-equipped with complete sports resources and infrastructure, which makes them the representative of the sports industry in rapid development. Therefore, vigorously developing the industry relevant to college sports is the foundation to promote the development of sports service market as well as the development of China＇s sports cause; it is also the necessary guarantee to better develop and innovate under the market economy system; moreover it is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the mass fitness movement in China. The college sports industry, as the important part of promoting college students＇ healthy development, has been gained more and more attention by many universities.
