It is currently an fresh attempt for the network technology in an unknown field to take psychological consultation by utilizing the network. Network psychological consultation has become the main implementing form for the development of college psychological consultation by virtue of its advantages such as confidentiality, convenience and so on. This paper makes analysis on the advantages as well as the deficiencies of college online psychological counseling, and puts forward suggestions of establishing effective network psychological consultation system.
