摘要
信息时代下的公共舆论的形成、发展与传播,已经从传统口语、书面模式演变为网络模式。信息在网络传播中所具备的传播速度与影响范围的优势,在合理规范的把控下发挥着积极正面的影响,而在其失去控制时也会对社会产生负面的导向。从大众传媒学和公共舆论学理念角度着重分析博客在公共舆情导向中的作用及负向表现。
The formation, development and dissemination of public opinion in the information age have evolved from the traditional oral and written mode to the network mode, Information in the network communication has the advantages in transmission speed and influencing reach. It can play a positive effect under the control of reasonable norm, while having a negative orientation to the society if out of control. This paper mainly analyzes the role of blog in public opinion orientation and its negative performance from the perspectives of mass media and public opinion.
