Cold starting became difficult for the 3 high power diesel engines in the cutter suction dredger ZHONGSHUIDIAN O1 in winter. Installation of heating devise and forced cyclic system were put in the inner cyclic water tank. Preheating for the 3 diesel engines achieved disposable starting with waiting time reduced and shipping production efficiency raised.
