摘要
采用自制问卷对定向培养的全科医学毕业生与在校生取样进行招录、培养、使用环节的情况调查,了解招录信息获取渠道、报考动机、对全科医生的职责与执业认知、对履行合同的态度及其担心的问题与困难等状况,对各环节的后续对策提出建议,为更好发挥定向培养措施的作用提供参考依据。
Through investigations of three links,including recruiting,training and use of both graduates and undergraduates who are tailored to be general practitioners with self-designed questionnaires,with the purpose of understanding the access to recruiting and admission information,motivations,their comprehension of both responsibility and cognition of a general practitioner and attitudes towards their contracts and related questions and difficulties,aiming at making suggestions on subsequent strategies and to offer reference to training for better functions.
