摘要
目的:分析医学院校学生时间管理倾向和学习动机方面的差异及关系,依据提高时间管理能力。方法:通过文献法、问卷调查法,借助SPSSl8.0分析。结果:时间管理倾向和学习动机明显正相关,且不同专业时间管理倾向有显著差异,不同年级学习动机有显著差异。结论:需开设专题训练规划课程、培养兴趣和强化自我调节,引导心理认同和组织支持,培养良好的学习习惯和时间管理行为。
Objective:analysis of Medical College Students' time management disposition and motivation to learn the difference,indepth understanding of the relationship between time management disposition and learning motivation,and take this as the theoretical basis for strengthening medical college students time management skills,predictors of motivation to learn,help the career planning.Method:through the literature method,the questionnaire survey method,with the aid of SPSSl 8.0 carries on the data analysis.Results:there is obvious positive correlation among Medical College Students' time management disposition and learning motivation and different professional students' time management disposition and between different grades of students learning motivation exists significant differences.At the same time,the influencing factors of time management disposition and learning motivation of medical college students were analyzed.Conclusion:for Medical College Students' time management,opened special training course planning,systematic and clear guidance training,cultivate interest and strengthen self-regulation,psychological identity and organizational support and guide,cultivate the good life,study habits,and cultivate good time management behavior.
