提前告知随堂小测验对消化内科临床见习阶段小讲课教学效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨提前告知随堂小测验方式对消化内科临床见习阶段小讲课教学效果的影响。方法:选择在本院消化内科临床见习阶段学生,分为提前告知组和对照组。比较两组的课堂情况和随堂小测验成绩。结果:提前告知组小讲课课堂秩序好于对照组;听讲的认真程度好于对照组;在启发性提问回答环节提前告知组表现优于对照组。提前告知组随堂小测验成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:提前告知随堂小测验方式可以提高消化内科临床见习阶段小讲课的教学效果,在今后的临床教学工作中值得借鉴。 Objectives:To investigate the effect of early informing about small test on the teaching results of gastroenterology lectures in clinical probation.Methods:Students in department of gastroenterology were selected and divided into 2 groups(in advance to inform group and the control group).Compared 2 groups of students in the classroom situation and the scores of the test.Results:The classroom situation in advance notification group was better than the control group;Students' scores in the small test of the advance notification group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.001).Conclusions:Advance notice of small test methods can improve the teaching effect of small lecture in gastroenterology clinical probation.It is worth using for reference in clinical teaching.
