文章就内燃机铝合金缸盖应用现状、铝合金缸盖加工普遍存在的问题——缸盖压伤和划伤进行理论分析和生产实践验证,提出铝合金缸盖生产加工过程中常见的压伤和划伤的预防与改善方法。

The main contents of this paper are as follows： the current situation of aluminum alloy cylinder head, the problems existing in the processing of aluminum alloy cylinder head, the situation and causes of scuffing and scuffing of aluminum alloy cylinder head. Combined with theoretical analysis and production practice, it is concluded that prevention and improvement of pressing and scratching are common in the process of aluminum alloy cylinder head production.
