采煤机四象限可靠运行控制系统的研究及实现 被引量:3

摘要 针对采煤机大倾角下行时机身下滑现象,采用无阻尼LCL滤波和直接转矩控制,设计了新型的采煤机四象限控制系统。结果表明,系统能快速制动,且能将能量有效地回馈给电网,提高了采煤机运行的可靠性,降低了采煤机的能量损耗,为煤矿安全生产和经济运行奠定重要基础。 In view of the coal winning machine down time of large dip angle and dectme phenomenon, a new four-quadrant control system for coal mining machine is designed based on undamped LCL filtering and direct torque control. The results show that the system can quickly brake, and can give back to power grid will be energy efficient, improve the coal winning chance the reliability, reduce the energy loss in the coal winning machine, for coal mine safety production and economic ope-ration to lay the foundation.
