大采高支架底座前端抬起时稳定性分析研究

摘要 大采高支架在底座前端抬起时进行移架,会有支架倾倒的可能性。从支架的使用方面说明了支架采用抬底结构的必要性。从支架设计、制造、组装方面论述了支架在抬底并移架过程中,存在的不稳定性的原因和可能出现的情况,并针对上述问题所采取的一些措施进行了说明。 For large mining height support, it may topple over when it is being moved with the fore-end of base uplifting. The necessity for support to adopt bottom lifting structure is illustrated from the perspective of using support, and the instability causes and situations possible to occur when lifting and moving the support are also discussed in terms of support design, manufacturing and assembly, with some of the measures taken to solve the above problems being explained.
