采煤机行星减速器行星架的受力及疲劳强度分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过分析截齿的受力,建立了单齿截割阻力、牵引阻力和侧向力的数学模型。根据行星架的转矩是由3个转轴通过轴承提供,建立了行星架转矩和转速的数学模型。利于MATLAB软件输入公式和参数进行仿真,得到行星架的受力、转速和转矩与位置角的关系。最后通过ANSYS对行星架进行有限元分析,得到应力云图并加以分析,为以后采煤机的设计和优化提供了可靠的理论依据。 By analyzing the force of truncated teeth, a mathematical model of the resistance of single tooth cutting, drag resistance and lateral force was established. According to the rotation of the planetary frame, the mathematical model of the torque and rotational speed of the planetary frame is established by the three axis of rotation. MATLAB software input formulas and parameters are simulated,and the relationship between the force, speed and torque of the planetary frame is obtained. At last,ANSYS finite element analysis was carried out on the planet carrier,got the stress nephogram and analysed, for the future design of shearer and optimization provides the reliable theory basis.
