摘要
利用有限元方法对轮轨之间进行接触模拟是对其疲劳和磨损研究的有效方法,而接触刚度是轮轨接触应力分析结果精度的重要影响因素。通过建立正交圆柱的轮轨赫兹接触模型,分别对比了不同接触刚度系数对罚函数法和增广Lagrange乘子法的接触应力的影响。结果表明,接触刚度系数越大接触应力也精确,同时计算量也不断增加,当接触刚度系数不小于1时,接触应力计算结果最为理想。
The finite element method is used to simulate the contact between wheel and rail,which is an effective method to study the fatigue and wear. The effects of different contact stiffness coefficients on the contact stress of the penalty function method and the augmented Lagrange multiplier method are compared by establishing the wheel rail Hertz contact model of the orthogonal cylinder. The results show that the larger the contact stiffness coefficient is ,the more accurate the contact stress is, and the amount of calculation is also increasing. When the contact stiffness coefficient is greater than or equal to 1,the contact stress is the most ideal.
