摘要
分析了纯电动矿用卡车车架轻量化的必要性,并建立卡车车架设计空间有限元模型,选择矿用卡车行驶的极端工况作为约束条件,设置体积最小化为目标函数,通过拓扑优化得到车架设计边界。考虑整车布置和功能,完成了矿用卡车车架的结构设计。设计的车架通过有限元分析校验,表明轻量化后的卡车车架动静态特性符合卡车使用条件。
Firstly the pure electric mining truck is taken as the specific research object. In the establishment of the design area, the topology optimization for minimizing the target volume is carried out on the full load reverse operating mode. Based on the chassis arrangement and the manufacture craft, the private car frame concrete structure is established according to the topology optimization result in the three dimensional modelling software.
