针对液压支架结构件中的管卡制作,对其以往采用的3种方法进行简单介绍,指出相应的利弊。通过分析4道弯管卡结构特点,设计制作一种工装,并对其结构、关键位置设计要求及创新点进行阐述。利用该工装进行作业,能够实现管卡制作一次成型、操作简单方便的效果。
