摘要 在分析了现有煤矿用全液压坑道钻机碟簧式常闭液压卡盘结构特点,存在没有简便适于工装装配时,由于碟簧预紧力大,导致其压缩联接螺栓在承载状态下拧紧,装配人工劳动强度大,效率低。为此设计制造出一种专用工装,先把碟型弹簧压缩到预定安装位置,人工快速拧紧对应螺栓(空载状态下)完成卡盘装配。实施后效率提高67.8%。 Based on the analysis of the existing coal mine fully hydraulic tunnel drifting rig disc spring type hydraulic chuck normally closed structure, there is no suitable for simple tooling assembly, the disc spring preload,compressian bolt under loading condition to tighten the assembly,manual labor intensity, low efl3ciency. For this purpose,a special frock is designed and manufactured,the disc spring is compressed to the preset installation position,and the bolt is assembled by manual and fast tightening of the corresponding bolt (under no-load condition). After the implementation, efficiency increased by 67.8%.
