Design of New Drops Tubing Structure for Drip Lubrication

采煤机在煤矿井下工作时,地质条件复杂,经常会出现较大倾角和仰俯角。滴油管结构在重力情况给传动齿轮提供润滑油,因为没有节流,油盒内润滑油会急剧流失,或油管滴油较少,不能很好的起到润滑的作用,导致系统急剧磨损,使其寿命缩短。现新设计一种滴油管结构解决了上述问题,提高传动系统的可靠性,增加寿命。

When coal mining machine works in underground coal mine, geological complex, often will appear large Angle and elevation Angle. Drops of oil tube structure in gravity provides lubricating oil for gear,because there is no throttling, oil lubricating oil could suffer a sharp loss inside the box,or drip tubing is less, can not well play the role of lubrication, sharp wear system, shorten its life. The new design of a drip tubing structure solves the above problems,improves the reliability of the transmission system and increases the life span.
