摘要 为了提高矿井主通风机及附属设施远程监控的安全可靠性,实现主通风机现场无人值守的目的,采用西门子S7-300软冗余型PLC作为主通风机控制核心控制器,完成主通风机及附属设施的各项参数收集、判断,进行轻故障报警、重故障倒换风机自动控制功能,同时通过程序、继电器双通道设计主通风机的顺序开停及主通风机与风门安全闭锁功能。建立C/S模式的通风机远程监控和B/S模式的风机视频画面监控网络。通过在设备安全运行保障和网络通讯架构2方面的技术应用,达到主通风机过程控制智能化、网络化,实现主通风机无人值守的安全效果。 In order to improve the safety and reliability of mine main ventilator and ancillary facilities to achieve remote monitoring,the main fan site unattended, using SIEMENS S7-300 soft redundant PLC control as the core controller of main fan,the parameters of main ventilator and ancillary facilities of the collection, judgment, light fault alarm, heavy fault switching fan automatic control function, at the same time through the program, stop and main fan and air lock function design of dual channel relay main ventilation fan. The order of video monitoring network fan remote monitoring and the establishment of B/C/S S mode. By the device. The application of the two aspects of the safe operation guarantee and the network communication structure, can achieve the purpose of intelligent control and network of the main fan, and can realize the safety effect of the main ventilator.
