摘要
为了更好地提升电路的性能和稳态特性,对1-2升压型双桥臂开关电容变换器在低频、高频的工作过程和换向过程进行了深入研究,给出了开关电容变换器的控制驱动方式,并通过高频分析进行暂态建模得到了等效内阻的表达式。最后通过仿真对分析结果进行了验证。
In order to improve the performance of the circuit and the steady state characteristics, 1-2 type step-up double bridge arm switch capacitance transducer in the working process of the low frequency and high frequency were studied ,and the reversing process control of switched capacitor converter drive mode are given, and the transient modeling by high frequency analysis on the expression of equivalent resistance. Finally,the analysis results are verified by simulation.
