摘要
目的:研究借助"漂流图书馆"培养高职护生人文关怀品质的有效性。方法:对使用"漂流图书馆"的护理专业学生进行问卷调查并分析。结果:调查对象人文感知、关怀理念、关怀知识、关怀能力项目的后测得分均高于前测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高职二年级护生的人文关怀能力相对薄弱,人文关怀的感知较好。通过在"漂流图书馆"中引入影视剧赏析、故事分享等活动,增强了护生的人文关怀理念、关怀知识以及关怀技巧。
Objective :To study the effectiveness of "drifting library" in fostering hmnanistic care quality of nursing students who from col- lege. Methods: Conducted a questionnaire survey on the nursing students who participate in "drifting library". Results: The scores of humanistic perception,caring concept,caring knowledge,caring ability from pest test were all higher than those of the pre-test, and the difference was sta- tistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The humanistic caring ability of nursing students in grade two is relatively weak, and the human- istic care is better perceived. Through the introduction of film and TV drama appreciation, Story Sharing in the drifting library, the humanistic care concept, caring knowledge and care skills of nursing students are enhanced.
