摘要
为解决实践教学学时有限与课程内容丰富的矛盾,培养临床实用人才,组织昆明医科大学第一临床学院2009级和2012级本科临床医学专业的2个班级学生周末参加科室"专家门诊"、皮肤科的检查、治疗工作及教学查房等课外实践。结果 2个年级实验组平均成绩均高于未参加课外实践的对照组。课外实践活动有效解决教学学时不足的矛盾,培养和锻炼了学生分析和解决临床问题的能力,为今后走入社会,独立工作打下良好基础,值得推广。
In order to alleviate the conflict between the affluent curriculum and the sparse teaching hours and enhance the p^tic clini- cal skills of medical students,2-class students of Kunming Medical university ( enrolled in 2009 and 2012) are required to participate in Extra- curricular Practice Teaching, such as the "expert outpatient service", the works of therapy room, phototherapy room, aboratory examination of fungus and sexually transmitted diseases, and teaching ward round during the weekends. As the consequence, these two experimental groups of students acquire higher grades than the control groups while the problem of inadequate course time is made up. Furthermore, the ahihties of analysis and solving practical clinical problems are greatly cultivated among the students who participate extra-curricular practice, which will provide a solid foundation for students to adapt into the society and work independently. Thus, this teaching method is worthy to be advocated.
