摘要
《编制建筑防水标准关键指标技术发展报告》课题组通过对比分析国内外的防水标准情况,并与美国、德国等国家有关专家进行了交流和调研,本着"材料是基础,设计是前提,施工是关键,验收要加强,管理维护是保证"的原则,完成了课题研究,提出了防水标准提高的建议。
Through comparative analysis of the waterproofing standards of China and foreign countries, investigation and communication and with experts from United States, Germany etc, the research group ＂Technological development report compilation of building waterproofing standard key indicators＂ completes the research work and puts forward suggestions to improve the waterproofing standard based on the principles： material is the base; design is the premise; construction is the key; acceptance inspection should be strengthened; management and maintenance is a warranty.
