在单层设防的高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材施工中,从系统角度着眼,强化细部节点处理;从因地制宜角度考量,灵活采用适宜工法,是保证防水系统施工质量的两大着力点。本文介绍了与高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材相配套的桩头处理、承台阴阳角处理、降水井处理、穿墙管件处理等预制件,以及短边搭接热风焊接、后浇带处理、卷材收头等创新工法的应用要点。

From the perspective of system, strengthening the treatment of details; in actual circumstance consideration, adopting suitable working method with flexibility are two key points to ensure the construction quality of waterproofing system during application of single layer polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane. The article introduces the application key points of some innovative working methods matched with polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, such as treatments of pipe head, bearing platform inside and outside corners, dewatering well, wall-through pipe and other prefabricated parts. It also provides information of hot-air welding for short sides overlaps, post-casting strip treatment, and membrane end closing.
