国内市场一体化对产业结构升级影响的实证研究

Empivical study on the impact of demestic market integration on industiral structure upgrading

基于中国2003—2015年的省际面板数据,通过采用系统GMM估计方法对国内市场一体化与产业结构升级的关系进行了深入的经验研究。研究克服了变量内生性问题,确保了模型结果的稳健性,纠正了传统研究中国内市场一体化对产业结构升级影响的低估问题。研究表明,国内市场一体化正向促进产业结构向合理化和高级化方向演进,且其对后者的正向效应要强于前者,并表现出明显的区域差异性,即在市场一体化程度相对较低的东部区域反而产生了最大的产业结构升级效应。此外,加入交叉项后,国内市场一体化在技术水平等因素影响产业结构升级的过程中均具有正向的调节作用,即形成互补效应推动产业结构的合理化和高级化水平不断提升,这均对后金融危机时代中国立足于国内市场,制定产业结构升级政策具有重要的启示意义。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2015 in China, this paper makes an in-depth empirical study on the relationship between domestic market integration and industrial structure upgrading by using GMM estimation method. The research overcomes the problem of endogenousness of variables, ensures the robustness of mod- el results, and corrects the underestimation of the impact of domestic market integration on industrial structure up- grading in traditional research. The research shows that the domestic market integration is promoting the evolution of industrial structure to rationalization and advanced direction, and its positive effect on the latter is stronger than that of the former, and it shows obvious regional differences, that is, the degree of market integration is relatively Low eastern region but produced the largest industrial structure upgrade effect. In addition, after adding the cross item, it is found that the domestic market integration has a positive regulatory role in the process of upgrading the industri- al structure, such as the technical level, that is, the complementary effect is to promote the rationalization of the in- dustrial structure and the continuous improvement of the advanced level. This is for the post-crisis crisis in China, to be based on the domestic market, the development of industrial structure upgrade policy has important implications.
