摘要
常规高压加热器通常采用U形管换热管,在结构上有厚重的管板和水室。对于负荷变化较大的调峰机组,常规U形管高压加热器往往不能适应。蛇形管高压加热器具有特殊的集管结构,取代了U形管高加的管板和水室,同时,蛇形管高压加热器有较强的抗热冲击性能,能更好地满足大型机组和调峰频繁的要求。
Conventional high pressure heaters usually use U-type heat exchange tubes with heavy tubesheets and water chambers. The peaking unit with heavy load variation often can not be adapted by the conventional U tube high pressure heater. Header-type high pressure heater has a special set of pipe strueture, which replaces the tubesheet and the water chamber of U tube high pressure heater, in the same time, the header-type high pressure heater has strong resistance to thermal shock, which can better meet the requirements of large units and frequent peak.
