低压加热器管板的优化设计与探讨

摘要 依据现行3种加热器设计规范,设计某型低压加热器。按不同的设计规范,分别对低压加热器管板进行了强度计算。根据计算结果,比对了不同设计规范在计算方面的差异,并探讨了优化管板设计的方向。通过实例,在管板的壳侧面和管板的水侧面上,分别设置了应力释放槽,并提出了设计时应注意的要点。 A type of low pressure heater is designed according to current different 3 heater design specification. The strength of the LP heater tubesheets are calculated in accordance with different specifications. The differences between different design specifications in calculation are compared, and the way to design optimized tubesheet is discussed based on the calculation result. Based on the actual example the stress release corner was applied on shell side and tubesheet waterside, and also the essential points during design are raised.
