350MW超临界机组单辅机系统的调试与运行

摘要 某型350MW超临界机组单辅机系统在调试及运行中出现了一些问题,通过深入分析后,采取了一些解决方法及预防措施。经过满负荷试运行,解决了单辅机系统对燃烧的影响及整套设备启动时存在问题。试运行的结果表明,采取的措施是可行的。因此,若机组单辅机系统的设计合理,设备安装可靠,调试方式到位,是可以确保机组长期稳定地运行。 The commissioning and operation problems of single auxiliary air flue system in a 350MW supercritical unit power plant was analyzed thoroughly. Some measures were taken in the entire start-up and 168 hours full load operation trial operation, discussed effect of single row configuration scheme of main auxiliary system on combustion, the results showed that these measures are feasible. If the single auxiliary system is designed reasonable with reliable equipment, fine installation and debug mode in place, the entire unit can be guaranteed long-term Stable operation.
