摘要
某空冷机组的1号机投运后,若环境温度升高,空冷系统存在真空度较低的问题,使机组的带负荷能力下降,即使投入空冷机组的喷淋降温系统,也不能解决真空度低的问题。机组的汽轮机背压较高,在夏季高温时,机组带负荷的能力严重受限。为此,拟定了空冷系统的改造方案,增设了新的独立平台,并对增容改造的平台结构进行分析和计算。
After No. 1 unit of an air cooling unit is operating, if the ambient temperature rises, there is a problem of low vacuum in the air cooling system, the load carrying capacity of the unit will decrease, even if the spray cooling system can not solve the problem of low vacuum. The turbine of unit has a higher back pressure, and the capacity of the unit is seriously limited during the summer with high temperature. For this reason, the transform plan of air cooling system has been worked out, a new independent platform has been added, and the platform structure of capacity expansion has been analyzed and calculated.
