摘要
近年,很多高参数电站锅炉的换热水管采用了不锈钢材料。但是,不锈钢管经长期运行后,在管内会产生氧化皮脱落,并堆积在管道内造成堵塞,情况严重时,会引起换热水管的爆裂,影响电站的安全运行。常规的超声波和射线检测,无法探测氧化皮在管内的堵塞状态,利用弱磁检测原理的不锈钢管氧化皮检测技术,可有效解决此类问题。
Currently, the stainless steel material is used in the heat exchange pipe of power station boiler with high parameters. However, after a long period of use of stainless steel pipes, the internal oxide layer will fall off and accumulate in the pipes, when the exfoliation approaches a level, it will cause the blockage which can burst and directly influence the safety and operation of power station. Common ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing cannot effectively detect the problem of oxide layer exfoliation, the detection of stainless steel pipe oxide layer exfoliation based on the principle of weak magnetic detection can effectively solve the problems.
