摘要
采用化学剥离法剥离BN制备了一种具有良好绝缘性能和导热性能的氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs),并对比了BN和BNNSs分别填充硅橡胶导热复合材料的导热性能,揭示了BNNSs在导热硅橡胶复合材料中的作用。然后利用BNNSs和Al_2O_3复合填充硅橡胶复合材料,并对该复合材料的导热性能和体积电阻率进行测试分析。结果表明:BNNSs和Al_2O_3复合填充可以大幅提高硅橡胶复合材料的导热系数,并保持良好的电绝缘性能。
A kind of boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) with good insulating properties and thermal conductivity was synthesized by chemical exfoliation method. The thermal conducting properties of thermal conductive silicone rubber composites filled with BN or BNNSs were compared, and the effect of BNNSs on the silicone rubber composites was revealed. Then a BNNSs/Al2O3/silicone rubber composite was prepared, and its thermal conductivity and volume resistivity were tested. The results show that the compound filler of BNNSs and Al2O3 can increase the thermal conductivity of the composites greatly, and the composites still have good insulating properties.
